Our Facilities

Craigcare Maylands is a purpose-built 92 bed aged care facility overlooking the Swan River, Perth city and Belmont Racecourse. The home is set in a peaceful residential area, close to a range of shops, cafes and other amenities. Craigcare Maylands is the site of some new and exciting projects, some of which are currently in place in the home whilst a building expansion and redevelopment program will begin in late 2013.

Our lifestyle areas include TV and lounge rooms, a large dining room, therapy room and a large sunroom overlooking the river and racecourse. Our renowned “Anna's Cafe” provides delicious sweet and savoury treats as well as fresh coffee most days a week. Run entirely on a voluntary basis by the award-winning Anna Nici and is truly the heart of Craigcare Maylands.

Our Care

In order to provide the first class service we pride ourselves on, we employ the finest staff who share our care philosophy and core values. Our nursing staff are onsite and available around the clock which ensures the physical, mental and social wellbeing of each resident is kept at an optimum level. Craigcare Maylands caters for dementia residents.

Aside from our highly skilled and dedicated primary care teams of registered nurses, enrolled nurses and nursing assistants, we also engage the services of experienced paramedical professionals. Physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry and dietetics are just some of the services we offer at Craigcare Maylands.
