Forestview Aged Care Centre is nestled in a leafy suburban street of Chatswood in Sydney’s Lower North Shore area, and is surrounded by beautiful old style homes over looking a residential valley with varieties of Australian wild life eg. Cockatoos, wild turkeys, possums, wild hens, and breathtaking fauna... Forestview offers the comforts of city life, while still retaining a peaceful country atmosphere, which allows the residents to enjoy a relaxed outdoor lifestyle whilst being in close proximity to Medical Centres and some of the largest hospital facilities in Sydney such as Royal North Shore and Greenwich hospitals etc. Public transport and amenities are close by with regular bus runs to Chatswood train station and the big Westfield shopping mall. Forestview Aged Care Centre is fully accredited by the Aged Care Standards Agency and up to date for the next three years.The facility is home for a maximum of 50 clients, making it a quiet and non-crowded environment. We offer a variety of single rooms, double rooms and multi rooms. The home is fitted with central, reverse cycle air conditioning. Access is wheelchair friendly and the home has been renovated both inside and out including a quiet relaxing wrap around garden area and a big verandah overlooking the valley.
